Terms and Conditions for Royal Icing Cookie Class

1. Class Registration & Payment All registrations for the Royal Icing Cookie Class must be completed online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges All class sales are final. Due to the nature of our classes and the preparation involved, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us in advance if you are transferring your registration.

3. Class Policies

• Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key instruction and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• All tools and materials will be provided for use during the class. Participants are not required to bring their own supplies unless otherwise specified.

• Participants should follow all safety guidelines provided during the class. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation.

• If you are experiencing illness, have been recently sick, or have been in close contact with someone with a contagious illness, we ask that you refrain from attending the class. While we do not offer refunds, you may transfer your registration to another person or request a credit for a future class at our discretion.

5. Media Release By participating in our class, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the start of the session.

6. Intellectual Property All class materials, recipes, and techniques taught during the session are for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or teaching of the material without written consent is prohibited.
